Local Legend

Local Legend Badge The Local Legend badge identifies businesses with exceptional long-term performance records. These businesses represent the highest-performing providers in their respective market, maintaining high ratings (4.7 stars or above) and steady customer feedback for 12+ months.
Established excellence and sustained reputation. These are the most consistently high-performing businesses in the directory with proven long-term quality.
Minimum 12 months of sustained performance at high standards. Requires consistent review activity and maintained rating thresholds throughout the period.

Top Rated

Top Rated Badge The Top Rated badge recognizes businesses among the top tier of providers in their service category. These businesses maintain high ratings (4.7 stars or above) with consistent customer feedback and demonstrate sustained quality over multiple months.
Reliable, proven service delivery. These businesses have established track records of customer satisfaction and ongoing quality performance.
Based on 90-day rolling periods with consistent performance standards. Requires regular customer feedback and sustained high ratings.
Trending Badge The Trending badge identifies businesses experiencing significant positive momentum in customer satisfaction. These businesses demonstrate recent growth in review volume while maintaining high ratings (4.7 stars or above) during the growth period.
Businesses with the Trending badge are actively building reputation through quality service. These providers are gaining traction with customers and showing upward performance trajectory.
Recent 90-day performance evaluated against historical patterns. Badge assignment reflects sustained momentum rather than single-month spikes.

Maintaining Badges

Businesses must maintain qualifying performance standards to keep badges. Badges are removed if performance declines, review patterns change significantly, or if review activity becomes inconsistent.
Hometrics monitors review patterns to detect manipulation attempts. Businesses attempting to gain an unfair advantage through fraudulent practices will have their badges removed and may face suspension from our platform.
